My first visit to Rome and the choice of hotel was the best decision I could have made. From the friendly staff the minute we walked through the door. This hotel was stylish, warm and very welcoming. The location was perfect to walk to all the major destinations in a friendly and quite part of the city. The room was amazing, clean, large, with a fantastic view on the Palatine and felt like home from home. The food was exceptional and the amazing breakfast team made sure got off to a great start. I can't recommend this lovely hotel highly enough and very much look forward to visiting again. Thank you to everyone of the hotel staff

relaxation and safety in the heart of ancient Rome. located in front of the Palatine Hill, the most important hill of imperial Rome. The Kolbe is the ideal place for those who want to immerse themselves in the marvels of the archaeological remains of ancient Rome, moving comfortably on foot from one site to another. The building boasts over 400 years of history. during my stay, it gave me a feeling of sophistication and elegance. In the room assigned to me, large, spotlessly clean and with a view of the Palatine Hill, there was a dyson air sanitizer which gave me a certain sense of safety and hygiene. The staff practically anticipated my needs as a tourist, giving me on arrival all the useful information to better use my time to visit the most important and interesting sites of Ancient Rome. more than satisfied, I can consider my experience very satisfying to the point of wishing to be able to return to the Kolbe Hotel rome as soon as possible

Wonderful stay at gorgeous hotel at the heart of stunning Rome.The location was perfect - at short walk to all that you want to see ( Roman Forum, Palatine, Colosseum, Circus maximo etc.) Everything about this hotel was perfect. My Room was with garden view, was quite, clean and with all modern comforts. The internal garden is something that you don't aspect to find in the heart of Rome .Housekeeping was amazing, front desk team was extremely helpful. Location was perfect to get around on foot. Loved it, can’t wait to come back. I would definitely recommend this hotel

A unique setting, a historical atmosphere and a dedication to hospitality, I could not ask more from a luxurious city Hotel. The Kolbe Hotel Rome, housed in a former Franciscan Monastery. I booked a single room but, to my pleasant surprise, upon check-in, the receptionist offered me a free upgrade to a garden view room. Large room, very clean and with all the most modern comforts, overlooking the internal garden, guaranteeing absolute peace and a high quality of sleep. On foot easily I could visit the most important sites of imperial Rome, all within walking distance: the Colosseum, the Circus Maximus, the Roman Forum, the Campidoglio, the Arch of Janus, the temple of the Vestal and many more. A true total immersion in the history and culture of the ancient Rome of the Roman emperors. This hotel has far exceeded my expectations, I will definitely return and recommend it to my friends

Rooms were nice, The garden was very cosy - nothing like sitting in the sun under a tree with a campari spritz. The location is sublime: Nestled in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood between the Capitoline and Palatine hills, with a cafe and a couple of nice restaurants just around the corner.
