My first visit to Rome and the choice of hotel was the best decision I could have made. From the friendly staff the minute we walked through the door. This hotel was stylish, warm and very welcoming. The location was perfect to walk to all the major destinations in a friendly and quite part of the city. The room was amazing, clean, large, with a fantastic view on the Palatine and felt like home from home. The food was exceptional and the amazing breakfast team made sure got off to a great start. I can't recommend this lovely hotel highly enough and very much look forward to visiting again. Thank you to everyone of the hotel staff

The breakfast was perfect. I'm vegan and yet have found enough fruit and fresh rolls for myself. There were 7 of us staying and everyone loved the breakfast. Perfect location, couldn't be better. The friendliest of staff and very clean. We couldn't fault it. It was perfect.

Very comfortable; wonderful, welcoming staff to me and my family, including signorino Cameron; fantastic location between the river and the Forum. Special shout out to the wonderful cleaning staff and to Alessandro who took such good care of us. Highly recommended! PS Our mode of transportation was often Uber which - in partnership with local taxis companies - seems to be much more accessible than in the past.

This is our third stay at Kolbe Hotel in 5 years. We just love it. Great location, wonderful courtyard and garden. Having breakfast in the garden in warm weather is a separate performance! An amazing Mediterranean atmosphere and a mix of different eras, in the center of which you find yourself. Cozy attractive design of the lobby and restaurant. Excellent staff.

Lovation-fab for exploring antiquities and especially Circus Maximus where The Boss was playing, no more than a 10 min walk. Staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing too much bother. Buffet breakfast-plenty of choice. Garden- a beautiful oasis away from the crowds.

relaxation and safety in the heart of ancient Rome. located in front of the Palatine Hill, the most important hill of imperial Rome. The Kolbe is the ideal place for those who want to immerse themselves in the marvels of the archaeological remains of ancient Rome, moving comfortably on foot from one site to another. The building boasts over 400 years of history. during my stay, it gave me a feeling of sophistication and elegance. In the room assigned to me, large, spotlessly clean and with a view of the Palatine Hill, there was a dyson air sanitizer which gave me a certain sense of safety and hygiene. The staff practically anticipated my needs as a tourist, giving me on arrival all the useful information to better use my time to visit the most important and interesting sites of Ancient Rome. more than satisfied, I can consider my experience very satisfying to the point of wishing to be able to return to the Kolbe Hotel rome as soon as possible

Kolbe Hotel was as I expected. A friend recommended it to us. We had dinner on 1 evening and this was excellent and we had breakfast every morning, again this was good. The hotel is a few minutes from the Circus Maximus and a 15 minute walk to more central area such as Colosseum. We used Uber to get around if further than 25 min walk for example to the Vatican. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable! It's incredibly easy to find, and you can walk to the square effortlessly. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, offering a very comfortable stay. The host was amazing—extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Everything you need is within walking distance!

This hotel is nestled right in the center of Rome with a private court yard surrounding and perfect european style breakfast included. The only thing stopping us from having a view of the coliseum was the surrounding buildings. Perfect for launching your walking tours or hopping on and off the tour buses or trains.

Wonderful stay at gorgeous hotel at the heart of stunning Rome.The location was perfect - at short walk to all that you want to see ( Roman Forum, Palatine, Colosseum, Circus maximo etc.) Everything about this hotel was perfect. My Room was with garden view, was quite, clean and with all modern comforts. The internal garden is something that you don't aspect to find in the heart of Rome .Housekeeping was amazing, front desk team was extremely helpful. Location was perfect to get around on foot. Loved it, can’t wait to come back. I would definitely recommend this hotel
